INICIAN CARPETAS DE INVESTIGACIÓN POR CONSTITUCIÓN DE DELITOS CONTRA MANIFESTANTES DE LA UTVCO
COMUNICADO
El Consejero Jurídico del Gobierno del Estado se Oaxaca, Geovany Vásquez Sagrero informó de han iniciado carpetas de investigación contra personas que han cometido delitos en la UTVCO, “lo decimos abiertamente con responsabilidad por la afectación a terceros y sobre todo hacia los alumnos universitarios.
“Son personas que están azuzando al alumnado y ya no fungen como docentes, están en libertad de ejercer sus derechos y acudir a los tribunales. ELLOS ESTÁN ACEPTANDO ANTE UNA AUTORIDAD LABORAL QUE YA NO FORMAN PARTE DE LA UTVCO ¿PORQUÉ ESTÁN EN LAS INSTALACIONES?”, puntualizó.
